We have lived here for two years now and have always loved this complex. Last night our power started acting out, so we put in a maintenance request, and John was here to help first thing this morning. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and was able to immediately identify and help resolve our problem. The maintenance at this complex is top tier and people like John make living here a pleasure.

I just moved in about 3 days ago and I love everything about my unit! I want to give a special thanks to the community manager Sophia who went above and beyond for my children and I to be able to secure a place to call home. The leasing staff was amazing all the around and I am so thankful to be apart of this community!

Had awesome service from John and Carlos the maintenance workers from the apartment complex. They did a good fast and clean job. As well kept with cleasiness and took the liberty of wiping and cleaning thoroughly after finishing job at a professional time and manor. Plus came as soon as asked even with a heavy work load still made time to get the job done and take care of our maintenance issue. Great job!

March 2023- Hearthstone has improved considerably since being bought by IRT, the new corporate property owner. Maintenance and other issues that were left to languish under the old owners is actually being taken care of. Like securing the perimeter, patching the holes in the fence, getting the gate into operation, revitalizing common amenities, etc. The new staff also reflects this effort to improve the quality of life for the tenants. Sophia, the complex manager, Giovanni, who was my first contact with the new IRT, the lead maintenance tech (Sorry I forgot your name); all of them bring a visible passion for what they are doing. Which all makes me feel better about staying here. My review will update as things progress with them. My only issue is the price of rent. Which I do not blame Sophia and company for, that is more a function of our current economy. But seriously, we are at a point where you need to be making $50k a year just to get approved to rent in a ghetto, but everything's fine right? I digress, I am leaving my last update in so the difference between the companies can be understood. REMOVED - Previous info as I feel it doesn't reflect on the current management company IRT who are clearly doing what they can to improve. I did need to move out due to being out of work from an injury. They were as helpful as possible during the process, working with me to find help with the rent and worked with me to find a solution to avoid an eviction. I would consider an IRT apartment complex to rent again, once I am fully healed and able to work again. Thank you to Sophia, Giovanni, Dylan, Josh and the rest of the team. They were so much more helpful during the whole process.
