Good morning to everyone this April 7th, 2025 Not sure that others are aware that thr property is looking so much better than long time that is nice to see and and seeing supervisor John turn things around with his lead tech and others working working with office managers closely, but his timeb is coming to a close soon Witch I had on calendar April 11th is going to be a day that not just the supervisor but my friend yes we have grown to respect each other probably because I was a supervisor of this property also so we both have the same love for the work and property we are caring for. Just wanted to say Jhon thankful for your help when I needed extra care small assistance with salted ramps earlier and before going home assistance in easing my mind over winter keeping uo with my Dr appointments. Hate to see you go but know this nomatter where ever you go u will be a true professional and a great leader and team player. Your guys will follow your lead and the office managers and lease team all have a new version and plan for the future of the community and I believe in them as well as you do .well thanks for everything and God bless you and your family. I'm a renter myself and I'm disabled buti also worked in the type of industry property management as supervisor and I'm glad to see a new company come in to make this property a nicer place to live by put a team together that is bring the life Bk to Hearthstone community center Long ago it was stone brook apartment .. I'm thankful for the supervisor always making sure my ramps and handicap parking is salted snow removal he is always on top of his duties he's a true professional and a great leader getting the most out of his team of techs and Grounds keepers Things are going to be a lot better for everyone when there Finished with remodeling and new Landscape and face Lift to property. We have lived here for two years now and have always loved this complex. Last night our power started acting out, so we put in a maintenance request, and John was here to help first thing this morning. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and was able to immediately identify and help resolve our problem. The maintenance at this complex is top tier and people like John make living here a pleasure.

Had awesome service from John and Carlos the maintenance workers from the apartment complex. They did a good fast and clean job. As well kept with cleasiness and took the liberty of wiping and cleaning thoroughly after finishing job at a professional time and manor. Plus came as soon as asked even with a heavy work load still made time to get the job done and take care of our maintenance issue. Great job!

March 2023- Hearthstone has improved considerably since being bought by IRT, the new corporate property owner. Maintenance and other issues that were left to languish under the old owners is actually being taken care of. Like securing the perimeter, patching the holes in the fence, getting the gate into operation, revitalizing common amenities, etc. The new staff also reflects this effort to improve the quality of life for the tenants. Sophia, the complex manager, Giovanni, who was my first contact with the new IRT, the lead maintenance tech (Sorry I forgot your name); all of them bring a visible passion for what they are doing. Which all makes me feel better about staying here. My review will update as things progress with them. My only issue is the price of rent. Which I do not blame Sophia and company for, that is more a function of our current economy. But seriously, we are at a point where you need to be making $50k a year just to get approved to rent in a ghetto, but everything's fine right? I digress, I am leaving my last update in so the difference between the companies can be understood. REMOVED - Previous info as I feel it doesn't reflect on the current management company IRT who are clearly doing what they can to improve. I did need to move out due to being out of work from an injury. They were as helpful as possible during the process, working with me to find help with the rent and worked with me to find a solution to avoid an eviction. I would consider an IRT apartment complex to rent again, once I am fully healed and able to work again. Thank you to Sophia, Giovanni, Dylan, Josh and the rest of the team. They were so much more helpful during the whole process.
